The East ~ A collection of prayers and intentions

I have a selection of prayers and intentions at the opening part of a journey. Sometimes I am called to speak one of these pieces before I embark. They have changed over the years as my path has progressed, climbed higher and explored deeper.

Each rock above represents a prayer you can read aloud, below.

I am trusting my higher self to be my emissary in the unseen world. They know me better than anyone.

I am asking my Higher Self to help me, to guide me and to support me on my path.

~Help me to engage my creative initiative to unlock my shadows.

~Help me to explore the uncharted wilderness of my heart.

~Give me the vitality and courage to initiate, and thus to stir a powerful response and to receive from the quantum field.

~Help me believe the truth about myself no matter how beautiful it is.

Today I chose to activate my gift of Purpose ~29.2 . To transmute the energy of the shadow of half heartedness through commitment

~Help me to fully commit to myself. To not hold back my energy or my love. Help me imagine from the gift of commitment, and to glimpse the highest expression of devotion.

 
            I am embarking on an inner self journey, where I give my soul the lead.I'm here to Listen, Follow, and Flow Together so that we may transcend in union, the breath and the flute, to the next higher octave.

1- "the ground is shifting, but I am the root." Help me thrive in this new soil.

The imagination is like a window. When you're looking through, to another point of view or dimension, the frequency shifts. Like the dial on a radio turned into a different wavelength. I feel the connection more clearly in  relationship with my higher self, and the journey begins. Creativity is a  path.

Pause, breath and speak the words that you feel. Ask for yourself. Then ask what you wish for your family and friends.  Ask for your community, any one you wish to send loving energy.

East — Heart ~ Words

          gratitude, intention, prayer.

North — Mind ~  Ampliphiers

           Expand awareness through breath, plant allies,   or subtle energy practices.

South — Body ~ sensation —

             movement, water, touch.

West — Soul ~ A space left open — for your own practices, rituals, or intuitive entry points. A place where you can return for a personal conversation, or focus or co creation.

This is my rephrasing of these words as a personal prayer.
